Step 1, centralized overview: After sending an enquiry to your selected suppliers, easily evaluate all received offers in one consolidated view. The overview reduces the time spent navigating and comparing offers across several tabs or email threads. You can collapse each offer view for a quick comparison of main terms across multiple offers, or expand it to dive into details whenever needed.

Step 2, detailed offer insights: To ensure a fair comparison of like with like, each offer in the overview includes the same essential details such as price per liter, total volume offered, and the total price, but also supplier information, payment terms, delivery dates, and supply modes. Additionally, the system highlights any discrepancies between the offers received and the original enquiry to ensure utmost transparency. This consistent presentation enables you to make a well-informed decision with confidence.

Step 3, direct communication with the supplier: For each offer you receive, a dedicated chat window is created within the offer itself, allowing you to directly ask questions, clarify terms, or negotiate additional conditions with the supplier. This direct chat enhances your ability to secure the best deal quickly and efficiently.

Step 4, placing the order: Congratulations! Once you have identified your preferred offer, you're ready to proceed. Request an internal approval directly in Closelink or simply click "Place an Order" to initiate a secure ordering process right away.
